Three people told me three things this week. All three are in the sampler now.
Pads land on the bar line
“I wished a pad started at the right moment so it fits seamlessly.”
There's a Q button next to Chop now. With it on, tapping a new pad while a loop is playing waits for the current loop's next bar line and switches exactly on the downbeat. The new pad blinks "armed" while it waits. Tap Q to cycle bar, beat, or off.
Knobs actually turn
“They're buttons, and that is really counterintuitive.”
Fair. The knobs looked like knobs and behaved like buttons. Now they turn: drag up or down with a mouse or a finger, use the scroll wheel, or use the arrow keys. A tap still steps through, so nobody's habit breaks.
Labels don't highlight anymore
“I keep selecting text when trying to use the ui.”
On phones, swiping across the machine used to grab the interface text. Nothing on the machine is selectable now except the boxes you type in.
Already bought it?
The web app updated itself. If you use the standalone file, grab the new one from your Gumroad library. Same key.
