Content & ownership. The Duff Radio name, logos, written features, music, and videos are owned by Duff Radio or the respective artists and may not be reused without permission.
Submissions. When you send music, pitches, or materials through our forms, you confirm you have the rights to share them. You keep ownership of your work. By submitting, you give Duff Radio permission to review it and, if we feature it, to share and promote it with credit across our platforms. We don’t charge fees and we don’t guarantee placement.
Third-party links & embeds. The site links to and embeds third-party platforms. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer. The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Duff Radio isn’t liable for damages arising from use of the site.
